Rule 10
Interim (transit) visa

(1) A foreigner who has entered Nepal with an air ticket to spend the night at an airport in Nepal and is going to another country, or a foreigner who is traveling in a plane that has landed at an airport in Nepal due to some reason, will be given an interim visa for one day.
(2) An application for a visa as per sub-rule (1) should be made in the format as per Schedule-3.
